Illinois Sen. Barack Obama spoke at a charity event about the possibility of a win by Hillary Rodham Clinton in the 2008 presidential race and commented on the fatal police shooting of a 23-year-old in Queens, saying the 50 bullets that officers unloaded struck him as "excessive."Obama, also a potential contender for the presidency in 2008, did not elaborate on his own shot at the White House during the charity event Monday night for Kids in Distressed Situations Inc., an organization that helps children living in poverty.

Obama for Vice-President: Picking Your Battles
Barack Obama has begun to emerge as a definite possibility for Dems looking for a strong 08 bid. He has charisma, charm and a smile that can kill. Recently the Jr. Senator spoke at a charity event in which he spoke of the possibility of a Clinton win in 08. Critics of Senator Obama regard him as inexperienced and that could be his Achilles heal in the coming months. He has a better shot at a vice-presidential bid running along side the outspoken Hillary Clinton. They could be a killer crew, gaining most of the people who feel left out during elections. I foresee Clinton/Obama vs. Giuliani/McCain. Cheerio.
